LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLICATION

The Bell Keepers by Bruce Papitto

Notice is hereby given that the City of Loveland Visual Arts Commission is considering a sculpture donation from the Loveland High Plains Arts Council, The Bell Keepers by Bruce Papitto.  This bronze sculpture would be installed in Benson Park and become part of the City’s permanent public art collection.  A photograph of the proposed sculpture is published and is also available on the City’s website: www.cityofloveland.org, Arts & Leisure, Art in Public Places or by calling Suzanne Janssen at 970-962-2490.  This sculpture has received VAC approval, pending legal notification and consideration of citizen feedback.  Questions or concerns should be addressed to:  jansss@ci.loveland.co.us prior to Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
