Yoga is a great way to bring strength, balance, focus and flexibility to your golf game. 

In this workshop series, Personal Trainer Linda Bestor will teach you how to avoid the popular complaint of lower back pain from the repeated spinal rotation of the golf swing. 

You will also work on focusing your mind, which allows you to be in the moment on and off the course. Bring a golf club to this class and start to prepare yourself for the fast approaching golf season.
