to COLT at 410 E. 5th Street, Loveland, Co 80537. For more
detailed information on the eligibility process, please refer to our

What if I need to cancel
my ride?
Passengers must call to
cancel a reservation trip a minimum of two (2) hours
prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to give
proper cancellation notice is defined as a
“no-show”. Three (3) or more "no-shows" in a
thirty (30) day period may result in a suspension of
service. A passenger who is not at the
designated pick-up location and misses a scheduled
trip is also defined as a “no-show”.
You may cancel your ride by
calling the COLT office at (970) 962-2700.
Cancellations may be left on voicemail at any
time day or night. Our phone system
will time stamp the incoming call. If a
passenger cancels a ride two hours or more before
the scheduled pick-up time, the passenger will not receive a penalty.
How soon do I need
to be ready?
You can help ensure COLT
will get you to your destination on time by being
ready at least 15 minutes before your pickup time,
being prepared to wait up to 15 minutes after your
pickup time, and watching for your driver. Drivers
will wait no more than five minutes from the time of
arrival for each rider.
If your driver has not arrived within 15 minutes of
your pickup time, please call us. We are committed
to providing you the best paratransit service
possible.
