CITY OF LOVELAND BANNER
SPECIFICATIONS
Banner size must be 3 feet wide and no
longer than 25 feet.
¾ moon shaped slits into the banners surface are
required, which allow air to flow.
Banners must be made of canvas or reinforced vinyl.
Text can be placed on both sides of the banner. The
colors red, green, and blue show up well.
Grommets must be fixed every two feet on top, bottom,
and all four corners.
Snap hooks are required in all grommets.
Actual size of required snap hook is 4" long with ½"
opening, as shown below:

Banners without all required grommets and snap hooks
will not be accepted.
Recommended reinforcement of corners with leather or
another heavy duty type of material to help banner
withstand adverse weather conditions.
Banners can hang for up to 10 days on East Eisenhower
Boulevard at the bridge near Garfield Avenue.
There is no fee for hanging banners.
Reservations can be made on a recurring annual basis,
if desired, but only one banner per organization, per
year to ensure room for all.
Drop off and pick up location for all banners is the
Department of Water and Power, 200 N. Wilson Avenue.
