The purpose for this program is to reach City residents most in need.
It is designed to issue food & utility sales tax rebates to individuals
and families who qualify according to HUD median area income guidelines
and requirements
set by the Loveland City Council. Additional information and the
requirements for this program are outlined on the application.
Applications are available at the following locations:
Loveland Public Library
300 North Adams Avenue
Food Sales Tax Rebate Office
Adjacent to Utility Billing - Window # 4
500 East Third Street
