New and Improved Utility Billing Payment Options Now Available

The City of Loveland's Utility Billing Division has partnered with Paymentus to offer new and improved payment options to the City's utility customers. A more convenient, online payment application, and an automated pay-by-phone system, make it faster and easier to pay your City utility bill.

Registered users of our previous online payment application, "BillPay," need to register on the City's new application to take full advantage of the new online payment options.

Pay by Phone:

Due for shut off for an unpaid utility bill? Service already off?

  • During normal business hours, please call Utility Billing at 970-962-2111 and choose option #2 to speak with a customer service representative. Our hours are 8:00 - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday, and 8:30 - 5:00pm on Fridays. An applicable turn-on fee will be charged to your utility account for each service turned on.
  • After hours, please call 970-663-1043to restore your electric service, or 970-962-3456 to restore your water service. An applicable after-hours turn-on fee will be charged to your utility account for each service turned on.

Please note: Paperless/e-billing is not an option at this time due to our billing software.

Call Utility Billing at 970-962-2111and make a quick payment 24/7 using our automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Listen and choose the option that fits your need.

Drop Box:

Utility payment drop boxes are located at the Service Center (200 N Wilson Ave), and the Civic Center (500 E 3rd St)

Payments are collected Monday-Friday. Do not drop off cash. Map

In Person:

Visit Utility Billing Office, 500 E. 3rd St. from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 5:00pm on Fridays.

Electronic Funds Transfer:

Avoid the hassle of check writing each month. Have your monthly utility payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account through Electronic Funds Transfer. Customers must complete an Authorization Agreement and return it to the Utility Billing office. The completed agreement along with a voided check or savings deposit slip may be dropped off at the Utility Billing office, or mailed to City of Loveland, 500 E. 3rd Street, Suite 100, Loveland, CO 80537.
