The mission of the Loveland Police Department is to provide an enhanced level of safety in our city, protect the rights guaranteed to all people by the constitution, and improve the quality of life of each person. As a Department we are proud of our state-of-the art Communication Center, robust Senior Volunteer Program, wonderful Police Chaplaincy Program, and a wide variety of services and programs. Including K-9, SWAT, School Resource Officers, Crime Prevention, Citizen Police Academies, Police Explorer Post, Crime Scene Technicians, and Motor Traffic Enforcement, just to name a few.
