The mission of the Building Division is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the community by ensuring that existing and future buildings and structures are safe for use.  This is accomplished through quality plan review, inspections and application of state-of-the-art technology and up-to-date codes.

The mission of the Loveland Code Administration Office is to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment.  We help maintain and improve the quality of our community by administering a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of the City's municipal code.
