A Citizens' Finance Advisory Commission is appointed by City Council to
participate in a review of the budget, evaluate all financial policies and
report its findings to the Council. The commission consists of nine
(9) members who serve staggered terms of three (3) years each. Its
members are involved in all phases of the budget process and provide input
to the Council during the adoption process.
