Welcome to Finance...
The function of the Finance Department is to facilitate interaction between
the City Council, City Manager, other City departments and the divisions
within the Finance Department. The Finance Director supervises all financial
functions of the City, as well as many other support services, including
Accounting and Purchasing, Risk Management, Revenue / Sales Tax,
and Utility Billing. The Finance Department assists the
public regarding utility bills, accounts payable, sales and use taxes and
municipal bonds. It is also primarily responsible for the administration of
the City's defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.
