Updates Geo Codes
In January 2008 the sales
tax staff along with Shannon Smith from GIS worked on re-vamping our
GEO codes. Since Loveland has grown so much in the past ten years it
was time to do some updating. The city was split into quadrants by
Highway 34 and 287. Among those four quadrants there are ten areas
that have been specified with their own GEO codes. This allows staff
to keep track of these areas to watch for growth or decline. The
last three GEO codes or for businesses that are not located in the
city limits of Loveland but are required to be licensed. A map is
listed below along with a sample of businesses that are located in
the Loveland GEO Codes.
