  PHYSICAL AGILITY TEST  

Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test is an LFR requirement.  If you have a valid CPAT card, it will be accepted as proof of successfull physical agility test completion.

 THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST WILL TAKE PLACE ON:

March 27th, 2010

Greeley Colorado, AIMS Community College.

 2010 VOLUNTEER ACADEMY!

APPLICATIONS OPEN

JANUARY 20 TO MARCH 1, 2010

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - Applicants must possess the following:

Valid CPR card from the American Heart Association

Valid Firefighter 1 certification with IFSAC or Pro Board Seal (at a minimum)

Valid Hazardous Materials Operations certification with IFSAC or Pro Board Seal (at a minimum)

Successful completion of  LFR physical agility test or proof of valid CPAT card within one year of application deadline.*

PREFERRED -

It is preferred that Applicants also possess:

Valid EMT-B or greater from the State of Colorado.      NREMT Certification from out of state will be considered

S130/190 Wild land Red Card

Valid Firefighter 2 certification with IFSAC or Pro Board Seal

NAPD (National Association of Professional Drivers) Certification

POST ACADEMY

LFR Volunteer Firefighters are required to contribute a minimum of:

36 hours of shift time per month in one of the five staffed stations

36 hours per year of sanctioned training by LFR

Please note: Paid Firefighter positions are open only to those actively volunteering with LFR
