Foote Lagoon Amphitheater Rental Information

 

 

Reservations & Deposits

  • Facility Use Permits for the Foote Lagoon Amphitheater may be obtained by calling (970) 962-2738. Reservations should be made at least seven (7) days prior to the desired reservation date for a $75 Rental Fee and a $50 Deposit. All fees and deposits are due at the time of reservation.

  • Reservations are taken six months in advance and may be made Monday through Friday.

  • Deposits are used to ensure proper clean-up, orderly conduct, and compliance with park rules and regulations. Please have members of your group observe all regulations. Deposits are refunded through the mail within two weeks after the reservation (if no problems occur).

Fees

Use Fee: $75

Damage Deposit:  $50

Cancellation Fee:  Cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee unless cancellation is due to inclement weather.

 Cancellations

Cancellations due to inclement weather can be made by calling 962-2738. All attempts will be made to reschedule the reservation or a full refund of fees and deposits will be issued. Cancellations for any other reason must be made in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the reservation date and will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. All permit fees will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs within 7 days or less of the reservation date. Deposits are refunded within two weeks after the cancellation.

Alcohol Permits 

Alcohol is not allowed at the Foote Lagoon Amphitheater.

Amenities

This outdoor area provides an amphitheater setting for a wide variety of activities including various City events, concerts, plays, public gatherings, and weddings. Approximate seating capacity is 300 (stair-step seating). Rental includes the seating area as well as the “platform” area. There is a 30' diameter fountain base which also serves as a performance stage. A bridge is raised to access the platform and a plywood surface can be inserted into the fountain grate area. Additional equipment (tables, chairs, PA system, etc.) may be reserved if available.

   This area may require City staff and set-up time which may necessitate           
   an additional fee.

Rules & Regulations

All posted rules and regulations must be obeyed.

  •  Pets must be leashed. Please pick up after your pet.

  •  No vehicles are to be driven or parked on turf-grass or sidewalks at any time.

  •  No stakes are to be driven into the ground more than 6" for any reason (irrigation
     lines present).

  •  Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the Foote Lagoon Amphitheater.

  •  Noise ordinance strictly enforced (amplifiers, stereos, etc.).

  •  No glass containers.

Failure to obey park closing times, allowing unruliness by members of a group or harassment of City employees will warrant forfeiture of all deposits.

  Park Information

  • Vending is not allowed in City Parks without prior written approval from the Parks and Recreation Department Director.

  • Park hours are from 6:00am-10:30pm.

Please Bring a copy of your Facility Use Permit TO THE EVENT!

Facility Use Permits must be available at facility during time of use by patron.
