   In October, 2002, a questionnaire was mailed to many Loveland residents asking their opinions regarding a variety of City of Loveland government services and issues.  379 completed questionnaires were returned and tabulated.

    Community surveys measuring residents opinions have been conducted for the past several years.  for the 2002 survey, the survey effort was outsourced to a professional research firm.
