I agree to purchase   block(s) and agree to pay $2.20 per month extra for each block I purchase.  Each block purchased amounts to 100 kilowatt-hours.  If I am already signed up for  renewable energy, this/these block(s) will be in addition those.

I understand that the optional program is subject to the availability of renewable energy from Platte River Power Authority and that the supply may be limited.  The program is subject to the terms and conditions in the Renewable Energy Premium Schedule of Rates, Charges and Fees (pdf).  Furthermore, I agree to purchase renewable energy in the amount listed above for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months.  After one year, my obligation to purchase or the City's obligation to provide renewable energy may be terminated upon 30 days notice by either party.
