Installation

As long as our metering crew has access to your air conditioning unit, you do not need to make an appointment.

Do you have a locked fence, dogs etc. that would prevent our metering crew from installing the cycling device on your unit*?

Ideally, we will install the device directly on your outdoor air conditioning compressor.  However, if the cycling device does not receive a strong radio signal, we may have to install the device on your house, adjacent to the compressor.  Please indicate your installation preference below.

Please clear any debris, obstacles or items from the area around your external compressor unit.  We ask this to facilitate the efficiency and ease of installation.  Also, we need to have covers removed for installation of the cycling unit.  During the winter, if you have a cover on your compressor, please select the appointment option above so you will know when to remove it for the crew.
